Jack’s Classic Tournament Huge Success

I wanted to take a few minutes and let you all know that you delivered an outstanding tournament! The St. Luke’s team that helped us with the administration and communication of this event was blown away by our volunteer support. “We do these events all over the state, either on our own, or in a supporting role like the Jack’s Classic, and we have never had anything close to this kind of quality and quantity volunteer support! You all made our work very easy.” We at WhiteCloud appreciate everything you did to make this an outstanding first year of many. Jack’s dad Jeff and mother Kathy were overwhelmed with the love and support they received. Jeff said that he has not seen Kathy laugh all year as much as she did Saturday night, enjoying Joe Malay and all of their friends and family. Our estimates are that we grossed $66,000, and netted $44,000 benefiting cancer research at Mountain States Tumor Institute (80%) and Bishop Kelley High School (20%). Our locals represented well as the team of Todd Rutherford, Joe Martin, Paul Lodge and Russ Lodge won first gross, and the team of Molini, Deide, McCluskey, and Martindale tied for second net, but lost the tie breaker procedure. Additionally the Bolton team was in it to win it, but came up a little short. I very much appreciate you men stepping up to support this event!
